Afternoon tea

Were you guys aware that Holt Renfrew has it's own cafe? Located in the corner of Holt Renfrew, Holt Cafe is a tiny cafe that overlooks the Manulife Place. They don't have an exclusive menu but their drink menu captured my attention!
Toasted Almond Brittle: yup, that's PINK tea! How adorable?! It tastes great with honey!
(forgot what this was called but it was under appetizers also please excuse the quality)
Lobster & Potato Lasagne: definitely recommend this, it is the perfect comfort food!
Squash Risotto Cakes, my friend and I both agreed that we've tried better risotto, so we wouldn't recommend this dish.

New favorite bubble tea place!

Qupcafe, recently opened on Whyte Ave, it is located on the upper level of  the chain of restaurants on 109st. The owners there are very friendly and seemed very eager to cater to us! Not to mention that the bubble tea is very good and they have a pretty interesting menu! Qupcafe is definitely my new favorite bubble tea place. Hopefully they get hyped up so they can extend their hours...

Labour Day Dinner

Being a meat lover, a fan of steak in particular, The Keg is always my go to place for steak. Right before the summer ended, I took my parents to the north end location of The Keg and even with reservations, we had to wait a little over an hour. Every time I visit The Keg, it's always busy so you know they have great food!
